Happy Lunar New Year from the Tracy Yap Realty team!

Last week the RBA kept the cash rate at 2% which is supportive of borrowing and house prices.
On the weekend we saw that the auction clearance rate in Sydney was 73% (according to APM). While the sample size is small, we believe that the market is still performing well in popular suburbs. We had a 100% clearance rate on the weekend with two sales:
189 Shaftsbury Road, Eastwood - sold for an excellent undisclosed price

62 Culloden Road, Marsfield - a 5 bedroom home set on a 582m2 block for $1.73 million.
